Zhou Li, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anqiu City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1969, studied at People’s University of China since 1979, and joined the CPC in 1983. From 2010 to 2013, he was plenipotentiary ambassador of Embassy of PRC in Kazakhstan. Since 2013, he is Deputy Director of the CPC Central Committee International Liaison Department.
